Our mission: growing together, inclusive and united through sport!
The main goal of the BeachBlast project – Empowering Life Skills Through Coastal Rowing is to help young athletes develop essential life skills through sport, supporting their personal growth both in school and in their future careers. By promoting inclusion and gender equality, the project aims to create a sports environment where diversity is celebrated, and everyone feels valued. It’s not about becoming champions but growing into resilient and capable individuals ready to face life’s challenges and seize opportunities. The project will culminate in the European Coastal Rowing Programme for Youth—a training and personal development tool designed to build a brighter future through sport.

Project activities
The project combines technical training and soft skills development through targeted activities. The Technical Workshop will explore the physical, technical, and psychological aspects of coastal rowing, emphasizing race preparation and analysis. These activities aim to create a comprehensive framework for personal and athletic growth in coastal rowing.
