From 15–17 August 2025, the Flensburg Fjord becomes the stage for the 2nd German Coastal Rowing Championships — a weekend of speed, skill, and the raw power of coastal rowing.
This year, the championship has a special significance for us:
athletes from Italy, Ireland, and France taking part in the BeachBlast project will be on the water, competing side-by-side with Germany’s best crews.
Through BeachBlast and the support of Erasmus+, this event is not only a showcase of athletic excellence, but also a living example of European unity, cultural exchange, and the power of sport to bring nations together.
Whether you’re cheering from the shore or watching from home, you can follow every stroke live.

- 20:30 – Training Session Ends
📅 Sunday, 17 August 2025 – FördeSPRINT Finals
- 07:00 – Umpires’ Meeting
- 07:30 – Coxswains’ Meeting (Fours must be afloat before the Coxswains’ Meeting begins)
- 08:00 – Regatta Start: FördeSPRINT
- Continuous racing through the finals until the regatta ends.
