Here is a User Guide for filling in the Performance SoftSkills Tracker file

📌 Sheet: Athletes Profile

This sheet contains the athlete’s personal information. The required fields are:

  1. Athlete code (🔑) → Unique athlete identifier (Mandatory)
  2. Name – Family name → First and last name
  3. Rowing Club → Name of the rowing club
  4. Gender → Male/Female
  5. Birth date (dd/mm/yyyy) → Athlete’s birthdate (Format: dd/mm/yyyy)
  6. Height (cm) → Height in centimeters
  7. Weight (Kg) → Weight in kilograms
  8. Rowing start date (dd/mm/yyyy) → Date the athlete started rowing (Format: dd/mm/yyyy)
  9. Previous sport (free text) → Previous sports practiced (Free text)

💡 Notes:

  • Ensure the Athlete Code is unique for each athlete.
  • Dates must follow the dd/mm/yyyy format.
  • Height and weight should be entered as numerical values.

📌 Sheet: Activities Report

This sheet records the athletes’ training activities. The key fields are:

  1. Submission Date → Date the training record was submitted
  2. Athlete code (🔑) → Athlete’s unique code (Must match a code from the “Athletes Profile” sheet)
  3. Date of training → The date the training took place
  4. Kind of training → Type of training performed (e.g., endurance, sprint, technical)
  5. Description → Additional details about the session
  6. Time (min) → Duration of the session in minutes
  7. 500 mt (mm:ss,dd) → Time taken to row 500 meters (Format: mm:ss,dd)
  8. Frequency → Number of strokes per minute
  9. Meters → Total distance covered in meters
  10. Watts → Power output in watts

💡 Notes:

  • Ensure that the Athlete Code matches the one in the “Athletes Profile” sheet.
  • Keep all time values in mm:ss,dd format.
  • Distance (Meters) and Power (Watts) should be numerical values.

How to Install a Web App on Android and iOS

Web apps offer a native app-like experience without the need for installation from an app store. Follow these simple steps to add a web app directly to your smartphone’s home screen.
📱 Installing on Android (Google Chrome)
Open Chrome on your Android device.
Visit the website of the web app you want to install.
Tap the three-dot menu (top right corner).
Select “Add to Home screen”.
Give the app a name and confirm.
The web app icon will now appear on your home screen.

🍏 Installing on iOS (Safari)
Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to the website of the web app.
Tap the “Share” button (square icon with an upward arrow).
Select “Add to Home Screen”.
Name the app and tap “Add”.
The web app icon is now available on your home screen.
